A healthcare company is seeking patients who are 18 years and older who have been diagnosed with lung, ovarian, breast, endometrial or other solid tumor cancers to participate in a virtual Website Advisory Board in early 2024.

The objective of this advisory board is to gather feedback from patients on a website that we would like to be a resource for patients. We believe patient perspectives will provide us with valuable insights and help us make important decisions. Advice and opinions gathered from this advisory board will be used to help guide updates to the website.

If you are interested in participating, please visit connect.impetusdigital.com/... or use the QR code above by March 1, 2024 for more information and to answer a few questions to see if you qualify. Space is limited.

You be compensated for your participation in this advisory board, which includes two activities:

• A 1-hour introductory web meeting in April 2024*dates may change

• A 2-hour online activity which can be completed on your own time over a period of 2-3 weeks in April 2024*. This activity does not need to be completed in one sitting.
