Neuroendocrine Tumour Cancer

Hi,

Does anyone on here have an Neuroendocrine Tumour in their Lung?

Has anybody had PRRT treatment?

Welcome to the Lung Cancer Support Board. I was hoping that someone would check in but your cancer is so rare I don’t know if anyone else here has it. I had to look up the PRRT.

I have recently been diagnosed with this and had a left lower lobectomy 12 days ago. I have not yet seen the oncologist so have no info. I have studied PRRT after reading your post but don't know if I am a candidate for it. This is so rare that I just wanted to connect with you.

I’ve been diagnosed with a lung NET and have surgery next week - either a resection or a lobectomy - they will analyse a frozen section whilst I’m under GA and decide… all a bit scary although am pleased surgery is VATs .
