A House Resolution (H. Res.1192) has been introduced by the Congressional Caucus Chairs, Representatives Boyle and Rutherford to support the goals of Lung Cancer Awareness Month (LCAM) and for the early detection of lung cancer.

This resolution will support LCAM goals to:

Expand awareness of early detection and treatment for lung cancer in both men and women

Educate individuals, especially those who are high risk, on the importance of early screening to save lives

Build support for the urgent need for increased lung cancer research

Encourage all Americans to observe November as National Lung Cancer Awareness Month

Join GO2 Foundation in raising support for the Boyle/Rutherford Resolution that Recognizes November as Lung Cancer Awareness Month. Ask Your Members of Congress to enact the Resolution today!
