Had not heard of this but I googled it. Found a wealth of information on clinicaltrials.gov. Looks like it started in April 2018 and ends late 2019, (should have written this down, it's all on the site) It's a type of immunotherapy vaccine. Injections of 4 different doses in the trial study. Mostly for pancreatic cancer it seems and other cancers. Criterion for participating is on the site.
