Just had 4th infusion, cat scan before 5th in 3 weeks. Big difference vs. Chemo/Poison. Some fatigue but nothing in comparison. Hope it works. Another 7 years welcome.

So very glad to read that this experience is so different. Sending hope that we meet back here to celebrate #14.

Denzil, how many treatments of Keytruda before you see improvement? Is #14 the last one if it works?

This will take me a bit to research. I don't have info immediately available. From abstracts I read at Journal of Oncology, some respond immediately some take time. Let me get you an accurate answer.

Thank you so much and appreciate any information you find.

Usually takes 1-3 treatments. Can take as long as 6 months but those who will respond best will be those that respond soonest. There are some who’ve demonstrated response after an extended time though.

Thank you very much. After 5 treatments, he seems better. Less coughing and no blood in sputum. After this last treatment he was sleepy a lot. Fingers crossed. His tumor reduced after 2 Opdivo but he had too many side effects to continue at the time. Thanks again Dennie.

I pad does it's own thing. I said thanks Denzie, not Dennie.

Thanks for the update! So happy it is going well...sorry about the fatigue, though. Keeping you in my thoughts.
