had strange feelings in both my legs (lymphodema in both ) think it might be from fan heater I have been using as my legs always feel cold . Gonna stop using it after reading it was bad for you . Does anyone know what I could put on them . Already moisturise twice daily .

Are you wearing compression? Probably not, if your legs are burnt. Keep moisturising. If the skin is burnt (dry/cracked) you could also use arnica gel.

Using fabric throws is better than direct heat, keeping the room warm (but not stifling hot) rather than sitting in the path of the fan heater. Also, avoid hot water bottles on the skin - they can cause burns too.
