Any suggestions for the terrible pain in both legs from lymphodema . Was up at 3 this morning washing them down . Stinging . Burning . I also have bad back pain with sitting all day as I can only stand for 20 mins . I feel really down as pain is almost unbearable.

When you say ‘burning’ is the skin hot to the touch? Do you have a fever? If yes to either, please either contact your GP or NHS 24.
Speak to GP and contact LSN for any leaflets they have about lower limb lymphoedema including SLD info. Take these with you to GP. I know this will be trickier with current lockdown, but this situation is affecting your mental health xx
