Could you have a chat with your District Nurse team? They tend to have more to do with pressure sores and how to treat them. Do you use an air mattress - some products can be rented or provided through your GP practice.

Daktacort I heard Conotrane cream is good but cannot find a supplier

Is the skin broken? Daktacort can exacerbate a problem. Which parts are affected?

Have you used gel dressings? A simple high grade moisture cream such as Epaderm?
