Foods for lymph cleansing

I'm not a dietician so im not endorsing the site below but I found it useful and interesting so maybe you will.

Some days I wake up and lymph levels in my leg seem lower than usual for no explicable reason. Same compression, same excercise circuit, same amount of sleep so same elevation time. It made me think does what I eat have any effect on lymph drainage and I starting convincing myself it was beetroot as it seemed to coincide..! Any way I search properties of beetroot and come across this site. Found it had some great information about the lymphatic system and foods that are suggested to have a positive affect on cleaning the lymphatic system and helping it function.

Again not endorsing just sharing so try and keep any replies positive please.

Thanks for the information. It can't do any harm and it might do a lot of good so I for one will be giving it a go.
