Hi gang, can I have my legs in the sun with factor 50

Ideally, no, but you have to live! Nothing less than SPF 50, and reapply frequently. Avoid midday sun.

Thanks Lynora, Might as well make the most of it while I have no stockings, I only have factor 50 and sun doesn't stay out for long anyway lol x

I did this while I was at the Norfolk broads two weeks ago used factor 50 applied every 2 hours. My legs got so burned I had to wear my pj, for two days this was a spray on suntan lotion. Will never use again. However I found yoghurt and calomine lotion Mixed together. Works a treat to get the sting out 👍
