The article implies that one can get sunburnt even when wearing a sleeve. I find it almost hard to believe as the sleeve is very thick and nobody will sit in the sun for a very long time anyway. Also, I wonder how healthy it is for the skin, in view of having lymphoedema, to put sunblock and also another chemical against insect bites.

Thank you for useful information, which sadly shows up how backward treatment is in UK in comparison with other countries. But what you say is going to provide some strong back-up for when I am stronCCG g enough to go back to ccG (local commissioning authority) to ask for similar help and information.
