I read in twitter today: LE: a painful, often debilitating side effect of life-saving cancer treatment.

That is true but they need to put in their head that LE could be due to some many other reasons!

"They" already know there are other reasons than cancer. Cancer LE is secondary lymphedema. From other sources the LE is called primary. I have primary and it is whole body.

of course they know; The problem is not to know but be aware of it and to treat People the same way as the one who had breast cancer; slight difference. In certain cases, we dont know if it is primary or secondary and they don't treat you the same way if it is primary than secondary; It is truly inacceptable.

Diabete could be genetic as well but they dont make any difference; all cases are treated the same way, why dont they refund us for the treatment the same way? all cancers should be treated the same, especially when they dont have the clue how to cure it.
