Does anyone know whether there has been any research to date on stem cell treatment of lymphoedema?

This is a very interesting question. I checked on the Internet, and in my opinion, the person to ask is the surgeon in Japan who does research on transplantation for lymphoedema of limbs. Look up the following web page:

Thanks Rebec - there appears to be other research being done in Sweden too and Cuba. It will be interesting to watch the development in this field.

The only place in the world for treatment of lymphoedema with the cell stems is CUBA (Instituto Nacional de Angiología).
