Wheeziness / asthma or hayfever?!

This time of year (well from March throughout now into summer) i tend to get wheezy. Not really a cough, maybe every now and then but mostly just feeling like I’m breathing I’m dust (I’m not) but that wheezy feeling. I’ve had this for years, put it down to hayfever.

My question really is do people have this, as hayfever with mostly just being wheezy, I’ve been prescribed fexofenadine from gp as other over the counter drugs for hayfever were not helping, which the prescription of fexo doesn’t appear to be yet either (took it for just over a week). I don’t appear to have general other hayfever symptoms, sometimes hoarse voice, sometimes itchy skin and sometimes runny nose. But not all the time.

Notes:

32yr old female, generally healthy! Usually!

I take inhalers x2 puffs twice a day

Also have Levothyroxene for hypothyroidism

If these symptoms (itchy throat, nose, eyes) are related to pollen that is activated in the time you are experiencing "hayfever" they might be the early warning signs of an asthma attack coming on. are you using your quick relief inhaler/rescue inhaler to address the wheezing? Wheezing is a more concerning symptom to me.
