Steroid Inhaler - Cherry Angioma Link?

Hello,

I have recently been diagnosed with extrinsic asthma and been given a steroid inhaler to take twice a day and a blue reliever inhaler. Due to wheezing and shortness of breath - I'm a 30yr olds Female (I've had COVID twice)

I have noticed a huge influx in Cherry Angioma and heard that there may be a link with Asthma inhalers and the bromide they hold..

I'm in a bit of a catch 22 as the inhalers are really helping but also I don't want to be covered in these things! Has anyone got any advice or noticed a link themselves that may help to ease my anxiety somewhat.

(I have seen a Dr about Cherry Angioma before and it is definitely these)

I never had these things before and am now covered in them. I was diagnosed with asthma a couple of years ago and was given clenil modulite (brown preventer inhaler) and salamol/ventalin (bue reliever inhaler).

I never made the connection between these horrible things appearing all over my body and the inhalers, but I have looked at my diary and they started to appear soon after I was given inhalers. Some of them are now quite big. Thanks very much for posting because you ahve solved a mystery. My GP still isn't seeing me and it's been over two years.
