Anyone else use a nebulizer? Was just given one but not really sure if I like it more than an inhaler. What do you do to pass time while nebulizing

The nebulizer helps the ventolin get more deeply into your lungs. A session doesn’t take long, you can watch part of a movie or a tv show. I find it very helpful to bring while traveling for peace of mind.

Did you see EmmaF91's excellent post about what she wishes she'd known about asthma?

The asthma.org.uk website is excellent as well. If you don't already have an asthma plan, make sure you print out the template on the website and fill it out with your GP at your next appointment.

Keep checking out posts on here, it's a wonderful and very wise community :)

Take good care!

Thanks for the tips they were definitely needed, asthma sucks but at least this community seems to be supportive of it

Play Words With Friends during nebs.

I have both inhaler and nebulizer of my rescue med. I like the freedom and quick use of the inhaler but sometimes I get a better response and relief from the nebulizer, as boring and time consuming as it it is.
