I am so happy to join this community where I can learn more about what people really go through living with asthma. My daughter (now an adult) has severe asthma / allergies and it's been a journey! It's hard as a Mother to watch a child (even as an adult) suffer from not being able to breathe.
Hi & welcome...as well as having severe asthma myself & losing my dad to asthma, I also had to watch my son struggle with it as a child & you're right, it's awful. Luckily he generally has it under control as an adult but I still worry a lot about him. Feel free to ask any questions or even just write about how you are & how you feel 
My daughter has severe asthma-she’s an adult. I worry about her every day. It’s not easy watching your child struggle to breathe.
