hello everyone, I have had asthma for about 15 years, I am wondering if you all who have asthma have problems more in the cold or warm weather? for me it seems to be a bit of both, I find myself struggling this time of year....I am curious as to what triggers your alls asthma and how you cope?

Hi Rachel,
Welcome to the community!I have had asthma my whole life and cold weather is my challenge- even air-conditioning blowing on me starts my coughing.

Hi Rachel. I have adult onset asthma. The spring is my worst time of year because of the pollen. However, I'm grateful that I only have an issue once or twice a year where I have to be placed on steroids. Dust, cigarette smoke and certain fragrances and certain cleaning products are my triggers. I also keep my reflux controlled. I avoid cigarette smoke as much as possible, I dust but with a mask on and I've found cleaning products that don't have harsh smells. Good luck!!!
