Feeling Anxious

The only time, in the past few months, that I've felt anxious, was when I was walking with a friend of mine, and thought I left my inhaler at home. I always have it with me, no matter what, because I never know what's going to trigger an attack these days. Has anyone else felt that way?

Hi AmySue61,

Everyone lives asthma in different ways but having an inhaler is one thing we all have in common!

I know, having my rescue inhaler with me makes me feel safer😊
