hi there. im in the same boat. i know how frustrating it is to not be able to do what we used to do!

i just try to be happy to do whatever i can. i prioritize and have learned to ask for help. i also do my best to rest and to take the best care of myself thst i can. (this includes not beating up on myself! lol)

you're not alone!

Same here. It's hard to get used to not being able to do the things I used to do but it's one day at a time. Some days are better than others.

I hear you! Frustrating isn't it. In our minds we can do it!! In reality, we need to do it differently. Adapt and accept...tough tasks, but they work. I find wearing mask while cleaning, gardening, etc. it helps prevent a flare. I've learned, accepting help isn't giving in. Took a while to get past my "I can do it all" to enjoy the friendship offered in help. Pacing and learning signs of when you need to take a break or stop before triggering a flare, is an ongoing process, but it's working!!!

Hang in there, you are not alone!!

Hugs and prayers!
