My tips on asthma

My tips would be to stay on top of your medications. Always make sure you have enough of a prescription so you don’t run out. If you feel like something is working, talk to your doctors until you feel like you can get better control of your symptoms.

I agree with you ...the only concern I have is the long term affects. How long have you been taking your meds and what type are you taking? It might help others on your protocol medications.
