Hello everyone. I was just diagnosed Jan 1st 2017. Great way to start a new year huh? I'm trying to get myself ok with everything but I'm having trouble coming to terms that I unknowingly past this virus to my partner (now my ex partner). Does anyone have any thoughts about this? How do you get past the feeling of disgust and learn to like yourself again. I try to be strong but sometimes it's not that easy. Thanks for reading and any thoughts are more than welcome.
