results from liver biopsy - was diagnosed with FNH however noone explained results to me fully, please help

hey, I am 31yo female struggling with severe endometriosis, on an incidental CT scan finding was told I have liver adenoma - doctors advised liver biopsy

I have received histopathology results which I totally do not understand, the only thing I was informed was that I have FNH
