Liver disease?: got a quick question for some... - Liver4Life
Liver disease?
Those results look to be all normal. GGT is a very sensitive marker and if there were ongoing inflammation issues you'd think there would be some derangement of blood tests.
However, looking closely at your results I see these are dated 19th December 2022 so if you are still consuming alcohol daily then your up to date situation may be very different. You perhaps need a new set of bloods done and I suggest that you try to give your liver some TLC because cirrhosis and what comes with it is to be avoided at all costs.

I saw in a post you told someone that you can have normal blood work with full blown cirrhosis I asked you if someone did have cirrhosis of the liver and was still drinking beer everyday would the ggt be elevated you said you would think so. I am just trying to find out correct answers and one more thing what if someone just had fibrosis and no cirrhosis would ggt be elevated if they were still drinking beer every day?
