Liver function

Hi everyone. Im writing this post because i need help with my brother liver test. His symptoms are constant constipation and nausea and pain in his stomach . Doctor said there’s some toxin in the liver. Liver test result is attached. Is it normal?

I have ET Jak2+ after a few months of having it diagnosed I had in total 3 clots to the liver and left arteries furred last month I felt as my liver on fire so I was at my gi appointment I told him about it so waiting on results if something shows up I will have to get a ct scan on it hope brother okay

Looking at those results and the normal ranges next to them, it doesn't look like there is much going on in the liver from them. Certainly not when they were taken anyway. If there was a toxin active in the liver i would have thought that it would be causing some active injury or inflammation. That in turn would normally raise the ALT, AST and probably the ALP also.

Numbers appear to all be in normal range. Wish my lab was that normal 😊

I hope you will be better gwillistexas , my brother have inflammation in his guts and constipation and the doctor said its liver toxin.
