Need suggestion

Hi

Hope u gys are keeping well

I have question that has been continuous catch of my anxiety. I got my routine bloods and I found elevated GGT 70 ( 6-35) and ALT 60 (9-55)

Bilirubin is 11 and albumin is 51

Serum alkaline phosphatase is 102

I need help in understanding the elevated level of ALT and GGT

I don’t know the full scope on ALT & AST, but I asked my dr last visit. He said he watches all labs but the ALT & AST could possibly signal AIH. Both my levels are normal. If those 2 should ever rise, he will check further.

Hmmm I don’t know what to do

Try not stress & depress(🤨) till you can get professional answers. We all may have good ideas & good intentions but you stick with what your dr tells you. The only reason I mentioned it is I had posted my labs a while back. At that time I don’t recall if it was my AST or ALT that was just a couple points out of normal. Someone here said hope my dr keeps an eye on it. So that’s when I asked him. I’m still fairly new with PBC& I’ll be the first to say sometimes people can literally scare the shit out of you. I had to discipline myself to not take everything to heart that I read here. You hang in there😊
