Hi all. Please help me understand

Hi all. I am new to this site and i am hoping that someone can please help me understand my husbands liver function test. He has not been feeling good for some time now and has very high anxiety issues that has kept him from going to hospital. We have been trying to work through them. He has not been able to keep much down for almost 6 months and has dropped about 60 pounds. He is a big guy at 6'4 and now 249 pounds. Large in stature. He has ulcerative colitis which has gone untreated for twenty years now. He is 38. I know I sound like the most horrible wife but believe me ive done and tried everything possible to get him to see a doc or at least to an er. I do understand anxiety and panic attacks because i lived with them for years before i met my husband so im trying to help him. Well yesterday we were driving and he felt like he was going to pass out. He finally agreed to go to er. Closest er unfortunately isnt the greatest hospital around and the service ia terrible. I hate to say that about anyone but smh. So they did a urine a blood test a catscan of head and xray of brain. Doc came back in after 4 hours said all looked good except liver all will be in release packet follow up with doc and left room. Well he said he couldnt go into anymore detail than that his liver enzymes were up. And that we had to do a follow up. Well he does not have a primary. I am in the process of getting one. So i am going to list his numbers here and hopefully someone can please help me understand them. I am so thankful ahead of time for any help. I am worried horribly.
