Cold Spray restless legs deterrent.

Hi everyone, I have found that using pain relief cold spray on my ankles can help a great deal 80% of the time at night and I can get a sleep. Keep the spray in the fridge, hope this helps.

My doctor recommended ginger ale as it has quinine in it. I would be sitting and suddenly my leg would jump on its own. It became more fequent so, please try quinine. It stopped my jumping legs for months.
