Supplements May Help

Hello,

I have been searching for the supplements I can use to help the situation. I mostly come across with;

Butchers broom: improve lymphotic flow

Selenium: Reduce fluid retention

Horse chesnut: pain relief in legs and reduction of inflmation

Bio rutin: imrove blood circulation, allows the small vessels of blood (capillaries) to remain open

and some more.

A pharmacist recommended me to use "gotu kola" to imrpve blood circulation and I have started a few days ago.

Here is a site I have just found;

lipomadoc.org/lipedema.html

What are your experinces with supplements? I would really like to learn.
