Hello, I am ankyloser spondylitis patient but now I use ldn I started with 3 mg I started with 4.5 mg I take it at 21.30 in the evening but my pain is still in attack form.

How long have you been taking LDN? Some of us don't see a lot of relief until 6 - 8 months later. Others have found the relief is subtle and grows over time.

From all my reading and research about it is that it can take several months to work. It took me about 6 or 7 months and one day I realized that my pain had diminished greatly.

The most important thing about taking LDN is that it is taken right before your head touches the pillow and in an empty stomach.

I do not have a video link I wish I had saved, it was really informative. In the video a doctor explains the exact mechanism of the drug, LDN, how it works and the importance of taking it just prior to sleep in order for it to be effective.

He did say that you can take it in the morning for a week or two in order for your system to get used to the medication before you switch it to night time dosing.

This was a big help because it did give me very vivid scary dreams but after I got used to the medication I've had no issues.
