Can anyone give experience on LDN with Amoxicillin?

Im researching as much as i can without asking a doctor.My dr does not prescribe ldn. Thank you !

Our advisers tell us that it is only opiate based medications and anti rejection drugs that are contraindicated. This is in the fact sheet.

That being said, you can always check with your pharmacist if you're hesitant. They know more about drug interactions than most.

I did have to take amoxicillin 4 months ago, no issues.

Just out of interest, what would happen if you accidentally took opiates alongside LDN please?

We generally recommend that opiates not be in your system at the same time as LDN.

An opiate pain medication taken after LDN is most likely rendered ineffective (or less effective) - and LDN taken after an opiate pain medication could result in withdrawal symptoms.

However, there are doctors working with ULDN (Ultra Low Dose), those doses are spread apart from each other. We highly recommend working with a doctor who has some experience with ULDN.

I actually have started taking ldn for my fibromyalgia. I currently still take Opiates that I was using previously before using ldn (hasnt kicked into dealing with pain yet, can take up to a year) I did spend over a month trying to get a schedule because the two played off each other. Its getting better but the beginning was rough. I will ween off the rest of my meds once it targets pain, but I had to come down 600mg before allowed taking the ldn.
