Can LDN help my son, diagnosed with oligoarticular JIA?

My son is a year and 10 months old and he was diagnosed with oligoarticular JIA last December. He is taking prednisone and methotrexate and I want him off them as soon as I can, but I'm looking for something that will work so he doesn't suffer with the swelling and pain he had before diagnosis. I'm trying homeopathy along side the meds right now but I'm not sure it's the right route and I'm getting him food tested to know if to avoid things like gluten or dairy. Anyone who has successfully used LDN naltrexone for recovery from JIA, I'd love to hear from you.

Where do you live? It would be good to consult with an LDN prescriber.
