Keto and LDN

Any body else doing both in UK as part of cancer therapy ?

I have started LDN yesterday at 2mls, so far so good.

I'm not in the UK or on the Keto diet, but I'm an admin in two places for the Trust. Keto, Paleo, Wahls all of them can help while on LDN. LDN is usually not a stand alone treatment, supplements and diet are tools too.

Yes apart from the Ketogenic dietI take a Lot of Vitamins and as I have metabolic syndrome Metformin has been added (to the plethora of pills) to help keep my blood sugars down. I used to walk 10K a day.Disrupted by an Inguinal Hernia due for Op under local anaesthetic on 19th.

Now that I am on 4.5 mls LNP daily my medical adviser recommend I start Canabidol CBD oil and Sativex spray -the latter is hugely expensive at £412.00 pounds a month.

I was unable to find it sold for less in the UK
