Back just to the 2x cups of coffee/cream and tin of fish.
Everything more or less the same as from day 1. No bike ride yesterday, but a full days work.
One thing noticeable is that when it came round to eating at 4pm you would think you would be willing and able to stuff yourself. Not so; after eating the kippers and drinking the coffee you are done and unable to eat another mouthful. Got a little hungry around 10pm but sat the wave out and went to bed around 11pm. Got up in the morning and just drank my coffee as per any other day. I was not really hungry and could have waited hours before indulging.
