I can’t seem to keep carbs below 50 whilst eating more than 709 cals each day. I’m a veggie who can’t eat any milk products ie makes me feel sick. I work in a clinic so out of home 11 hours every day. Any advice?

I suggest you do a search for 'low carb vegan recipes', there are loads out there and you can add eggs wherever you wish. Most have the carb count for you and you don't need to concern yourself with the calorie count - just eat to appetite.
Invest in a wide necked flask and you'll be able to take hot meals to work with you and/or pre-prepare meals that can be eaten cold - salads are easy peasy

I think LCHF can be a tricky way of eating for vegan(ish) diets. The general idea is that you stop worrying about calories and simply eat till you're satisfied. I did see your previous post where you talk about eating only 400 calories a day. So perhaps you have sometimes been in a counting calorie mindset, I've been there too.
Obviously most adults will need to eat more than 700 calories a day in the long run otherwise you can become ill. When it feels like all you can eat is veg because of being almost vegan and then trying to avoid carbs, it must be quite hard to eat enough calories without turning to carbs.
You could try lots of eggs? There are all sorts of dishes involving eggs, they are really quite a versatile food. Adding olive oil to vegetables can help to get the calories up whilst keeping carbs down.
Is it just cow dairy that upsets your stomach? If so you could try goat dairy (various cheeses and cream are available) and buffalo mozzarella which some people tolerate better. I'm a big fan of goats butter which you could use to replace cow butter in cooking? 😊
I've noticed there are a few vegans in the weight-loss part of the forum who don't do LCHF and presumably they have found other ways of loosing weight without LCHF.
Thanks. Have a NHS app which does calories but also counts carbs, that’s why I know the calories.
The 400 cal stage was near 10 years ago so putting 1 and 1/2 stone on since then is not bad but 13 stone is.
I like eggs but only so many you can have each day.
Gonna try this for a week.
Yep do this but running out of no or low carb cold food which don’t involve boiled eggs. 🙊
I have to agree that vegan/low carb is hard. Most vegan protein sources have more carbs than protein, so it's easy to go over 100g of carbs with just your proteins. Soy is good, so are some nuts. Being able to eat eggs, which are probably the most complete food, is a superpower on an otherwise vegan diet.
I would suggest opting for higher/lower. Get rid of sugars, processed foods. Cut down on grains, starchy veg (mostly potatoes) and fruit. Add healthy fats like olives, avocados, nuts, coconut and olive oils.
You don't have to worry so much about complete proteins, if you get some egg everyday. Look at lots of ways of cooking eggs, like low carb pancakes and waffles. In fact, a lot of keto baking has a lot of eggs in it. You could be getting your protein via mug cakes!
I have a vegan keto recipe book - having a search online should come up with some new ideas for you 😀
