A 233 cal lunch today and buried under the egg n pastrami is a pile of steamed tender stem broccoli mixed with Philadelphia cheese as I had 9 packs of it as freebie from work. (Broccoli that is ). Was surprisingly filling π³πI did make a soup but a comment saying it looked vile put me off. Had the munchies yesterday so trying to be better today.....the one square of dark choc per day rule went a tad tits up π·π±π

Yum, I love Broccoli salad, my local cafe makes it with spring onion/bacon/ cranberry and a ranch dressing, so I've started making my own minus the cranberries and mixing my mayo with garlic infused olive oil to make a funnier dressing, I love the stuff.... I also bought the Lindt 90% dark chocolate the other day as it's 1.5gm of Carbs for 2 large squares, omg it was bitter, so I had 8 Brazil nuts 1gm carbs and the 2 squares and nibbled on a bit of each with my Coffee and it was lovely at 2.5gm carbs a nice treat, just hope I don't have it every day and save it for a cpl of times a week treat...
