Afternoon all. Could anyone else quite happily manage a snooze in the afternoon? Felt very sleepy past couple of days 😴

I used to have the best sleep ever in the afternoons 🙂

But weirdly in the past month or so I’ve not had an afternoon sleep..

I’ve gone from being exhausted all the time to being restless...But not sleepy...

Yes. Can I blame LCHF? Unlikely as I have wanted to sleep and sleep for the last 10 years not month. Stress & never unwinding I think.
