Wait until you get hungry - then eat!

Do something else! It is an adjustment, we’re so used to lurching from one lot of eating to the next, and thinking about it in between. Trust that you will feel hunger again and you’ll enjoy eating when your body really needs it !

It's a funny feeling, isn't it?

We've been so conditioned by the high-carb low-fat nonsense into a routine of endless snacking and grazing that we think it's somehow abnormal to not eat for several hours. In fact it's totally normal - especially if your body has some excess bodyfat to burn. As Mike said, eat when you're hungry, and if you're not, don't!

Can we trade? 😀. Seriously, I would enjoy the time you’re not feeling hungry... don’t force it.... you’re on a new eating plan and it will take some time to adjust. I know someone had suggested bone broth... that is good for helping your appetite and keeping salts up. I think as long as you are overweight and feeling well, there is no need to eat. I do think your appetite will kick back in once your body has adjusted. So enjoy your temporary freedom from food.
