Well had a good day today. But maybe not healthy.? No interest in food today. Past all the bakeries in my lunch break and the snack things at work. Just didn't want them. On way home from work now and do t think I want my evening meal ... Now I realize this can't go in... Or can it. I have read that 4 meals a day is excessive

Our bodies do not need that much food.? 34c today and best part of that was in grapes. Otherwise think I would have had about 6 or 7c

Yes eventually I didn’t feel hungry..it helps so much..

I don't eat much fruit these days..I take a vit c tab each day..fruit also made me crave sugars ..but they do say fruit is good for you ..some of it has a lot of sugar ..

Any way sounds like your doing great 😁 x

Just make sure you still drink plenty to stay hydrated. Plain water is good. Don’t mean to be rude but unless you are seriously underweight the body carries enough fat stores around to keep you going for a while.

Are you intentionally fasting? As long as you don’t have a history of food avoidance you shouldn’t come to harm over a few days. Don’t let it slide though, make sure you eat something, preferably Something healthy.

I expect four meals a day would be considered excessive by most people 😀. But then again depends on the size and content of them and activity levels.

Lol..... Oh I've got plenty fat. No not purposley fasting, just don't want to eat x

That’s ok then, you’ve plenty to keep you going ☺️. Just to reiterate, keep up the fluids and plan something quick and healthy for when hunger does strike - as it will. Hope you get to enjoy this way of eating. Best wishes.
