Hello - after all the advice after posting in the Weight Loss forum the other day, I've tried a few days eating lower carbs and higher healthy fats, and not worrying too much about the calorie count. Surprisingly I can really feel satiety. I've stopped looking for "healthy" snacks to fill gaps between meals, as I just find I'm not thinking about or craving food for much longer periods. I've found that the calorie count naturally seems to head to the same point each day, at a reasonable number without me stressing about it. So, I'd like to try LCHF properly - just wondering if anyone has advice on where I can find information on how to do an induction properly.
