On the back of a previous post regarding children and LCHF, a thought struck me this morning.

I'm a bit baffled by what veganism plus paleo and dairy is Mike?
It was a lighthearted response to polar extremes. On the one hand you have hardcore paleo, where essentially very little or no plants are eaten and on the other, you have hardcore vegans to whom any animal product (including honey) is anathema.
Both camps will insist they are the keepers of the key, thus confusing most people.
We are omnivores, pure and simple, so the reasonable, and sensible among us position themselves somewhere in the middle of the spectrum, as our ancestors did.
