Well this morning I decided to give the bulletproof coffee a go as a breakfast replacement as my protein is too high, anyway, teaspoon of butter, teaspoon of coconut oil and my coffee later, I’m so hungry lol, only had it an hour ago too.
Have I not made it correctly or am I just a greedy so and so? Lol

When I suggested your protein might be too high, I meant as a % of your meals, not in absolute terms.
What does bulletproof coffee taste like? I've heard of it and never had the courage to attempt it. I always assumed it tastes like the fabled Tibetan tea with yak butter.
oh no! Hope you can go buy something at lunchtime. Sucks to be stuck at work feeling hungry. Do you have a Tesco Express nearby? My emergency snack usually involves a prepack roast chicken portion and some salad in a bag.
I have some lunch, stuffed Portobello Mushrooms with mozzarella and salad 💪 however work have just ordered us breakfast, I’m having cheese, ham and mushroom omelette so I think it’s fair to say I’ll be ok lol
I think I’d be hungry after only a teaspoon of butter and the same of oil too! If you look at the dietdoctor website, it gives the recipe: 240ml coffee, 2 tablespoons butter, 1 tablespoon oil. I’ve never had it personally (don’t drink coffee), but I imagine that if you’re going to try to substitute a meal with it you’ll need something more calorie-rich than you describe.
