I was on lchf woe for about a year and lost 80 lbs. I've recently gotten off the wagon and am feeling terrible and want to get back to it but am not sure how to do that other than to just do it. I'm definitely a food addict and am very nervous. Anyone have suggestions?

There is a brutal truth that given a choice you can go one way or another. For example, you might know you have an alcohol problem, and you know EXACTLY what to do about it, tear yourself up about the habit, but if you don't go down the right path - then you prefer being a drunk rather that a clean living sober person. It's the same with ANY lifestyle choice. In you case - food.
You know what to do - just do it!
