12 year old needs tips on how to self inject..

Can anybody pass on any hints and tips on how to help a young lady successfully auto inject herself? she is struggling to actually go through with it

Hi, I have been injecting Methotrexate for 8 weeks now and the thought of it is way worse than the actual doing of it itself. The injection itself doesn't hurt at all. I can't even feel it going in my leg but about 10 seconds after I have injected comma there's a slight dull ache but then that goes after a minute. In the tummy is More tricky so I would always go in the leg and they say to do it a palms width up from your knee on the side of the leg. The injection itself takes about six seconds. There isn't any other way to make it sound any easier other than to say honestly it doesn't hurt at all. I wish her luck.
