CAUGHT NAPPING - ITP and FATIGUE

The latest from my ITP blog looks at the impact of fatigue in ITP and many other chronic illnesses and how to help combat it.

Hopefully there may be some useful and thought provoking hints and tips.

The links that I have included in the article are all things that I have found useful during my 18 years with ITP.

Thank-you for posting this. It's always useful to know how ITP affects other people, and how they cope with it. (What a pity Tumblr is *so* determined to make the reader sign up, in order to read the whole article!)
