last Apr 2017 we got treatment dr. given Eltrombopag 50mg. Plt count goes up from 40K to 153K in 1st dose but after 2 week it was 80K with LFT deranged. So dose reduced to 25mg.

LFT ok but plt. count again 10K. and she was pregnant dr. stoped Eltrombopag and given prednisolone 100 mg par day but count remain 10K.

dr. stoped all medicine and plt count was 10K in 1st Trimester. Again Dr. given Retuximab 100mg weekly ( on our Risk) for 4 week during 2nd Trimester count goes up 35k but back to 10K. Dr. Stop all again and leave every on god and my wife blessed with a Healthy cute baby boy on 16 Apr 18. During Delivery 2 unit plt transfusion done and Delivery was normal. Thank God all was normal.

count was 100K after delivery but after 2 week same 10K. again Eltrombopag 50mg Started but my wife stoped every thing only during her periods she take 2 days Eltrombopag 50mg and then Tranexamic Acid 500mg for 3 days. Every thing is normal in life but CBC not checked after may 18. Again planing to go for review lets see....

I m planning to take rituximab treatment for ITP.could you please let me know how was the experience on Rituxan.did ur wife's count increase.what is the current count now.

Ivig also given in dec 17 but effective only for 2 week. again IVIG given during Delivery time

Anyone Taken treatment from there in your knowledge ???? How they treat OPD or Hospitalised or frequence of visits required etc.

Platelets count was 65k as of 14dec18

Also on omnacortil 5mg (steroid) once every alternate day..Which will stop within 3days.also on dapsone 100mg daily.
