hi friends,my doctor prescribed me dexomethasone 40 mg once in every 15 days and my platelet count is 70000. And i am a patient of itp since feb 2008. from that time i am taking azoran 50mg continuously and wysolone in different amount .

now doctor stop azoran and wysolone.my weight is 56kg now but before 8 months it is 72kg. i am reducing it with exercise and diet control .

i am feeling so much worry in taking dexomethasone 40mg because of its sideeffect like diabetes, weightgain, irritation, aaggerssion, insomnia etc.

please guys suggest me the ways to avoid its side effect.
