Hi All,

Does anyone has any home tried and worked home remedies for swollen & painful bruises? I was trying hot pack but I don't see much benefit. Arnica gel didn't do an good either. Any other suggestions?

Thanks.

You need to use cool packs to reduce the inflammation. That is what causes the swelling. Hope this helps.

Thank you. Since it suddenly develops and I was not getting cold packs on time so I didn't try. And I am not sure if it works if we apply after developing big bruise. Will give it a try. Thanks again for suggesting.!!
