Ask for tranexamic acid to help with your menstrual cycles if you can control those you can live with a low count. Ask also about nplate or other tpo's

Hi There was a very interesting post recently regarding a doctor in India who was a specialist in ITP. If you look back I am sure you will find it, but what ever, do not stay on steroids long, there are plenty of other medicines which can work with less side effects.
