My husband was recently in the ICU for 22 days with Liver Diesease we our home now. We are extremely thankful to be home and I on postivie track to recovery. But we are still struggling with the movitation and strength to do things for long periods of time. We have been home since December 21, 24. He is hoping to return to work on the 21st. We do have a gym membership, I'm just not sure what exercise are best for him. Thank you for any suggestions.

- we run specific exercise sessions on line for all levels - I would recommend you try to access physiotherapy which specific knowledge of critical care & the aftermath.

your husband might be being a little optimistic by returning to work so soon.
